PTS will coordinate the implementation process directly with your key players in order to meet the internal needs and time frames of your company. Operational Overview A thorough client survey will be provided and reviewed by the project team to identify and develop the key work rules that will be configured within the NOVAtime system and applied automatically on a daily basis with employees. Pacific Time Systems completes the both the software and hardware configuration based on the survey results and ensures calculations are accurately maintained in the system. Software/Hardware Installation Both software and hardware are configured in-house and installed at each client site to specification. Client IT representatives should be made available to assist PTS technicians with system access, new software installation procedures and connectivity testing. Clients who opt for self installation of terminals will receive preconfigured terminals ready for install. |
